​Meet the Founders: A Heart for Service

P&B Adult Care Inc. was established in July 2019 by Philip and Bianca Esteves, a husband-and-wife team with a deep-rooted passion for serving the community. Philip served over a decade with the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), while Bianca contributed her expertise through roles at both DSHS and the Department of Labor and Industries. Their extensive backgrounds in public service uniquely position them to guide residents and families through the complexities of long-term care with compassion and insight. Their journey in caregiving began in Bremerton, WA, at the Frances Haddon Morgan Center, where they supported individuals with developmental disabilities. There, they gained hands-on experience in direct care, therapeutic support, behavioral redirection, job coaching, and even learned basic American Sign Language (ASL). Today, they bring that same dedication and expertise to Mission Place—creating not just a residence, but a community that feels like home.
